對暴力鎮壓香港學生之抗議書

　香港佔中行動開始，警方即使用催淚彈，胡椒噴霧等，對和平示威的學生和市民進行大規模暴力鎮壓，造成許多學生和市民受傷。我們對此表示強烈抗議。

　自1997年香港主權移交以來，中共當局無視「一國兩制」原則，不斷試圖改變香港社會，破壞香港民主政治制度。 今年更逕自發布所謂「一國兩制白皮書」及「人大常委會就香港政改的決定」，僭越香港「基本法」，粗暴踐踏香港市民對真普選之訴求。

　香港民眾經已認識到「認命」是通向「奴役」之路，惟有進行公民抗命，才是爭取真普選，真民主的必由之路。香港「公民抗命」運動是一場實踐孫中山先生「直接民權」理論的民主運動，完全有其正當性和合理性，絕非非法集會與暴亂活動，政府當局絕無正當理由採取暴力鎮壓。

　六四天安門事件僅25年，中共當局非但未有吸取教訓，反而倒行逆施，試圖將暴力鎮壓的黑手伸向香港，乃是不可容忍。

　對此，我們全力支持香港民眾爭取普選，並在此要求：

1.立即停止對「佔中」活動之暴力鎮壓行為，釋放被拘捕人士；
2.收回8月31日「人大常委會就香港政改決定」；
3.特首梁振英必須回應市民對話要求；
4.實施真普選政改，實現真正民主。

　我們警告中共當局獨裁者及其傀儡梁振英政府：香港民主及「一國兩制」不容踐踏，強制不能改變人心所向，暴力鎮壓民眾必將付出沉重代價。

Protest Regarding to the Violent Repression to Students in Hong Kong

We strongly protest the massive violent repression to the students and citizens of a peaceful demonstration using tear gas bombs and harmful pepper spray which causing many students and citizens injured.

The Chinese authorities constantly attempted to change the society and undermine the democratic political systems in Hong Kong ignoring the principle of “one country two systems”, even released so-called "White paper" and "The decision of the National People’s Congress Standing Committee on Hong Kong’s constitutional reform", overstepped the "Basic Law" of Hong Kong and brutally trampled aspirations of genuine popvote of Hong Kong people.

Hong Kong people have already realized that to "resign" is to "enslave" and civil disobedience is the only way to fight for genuine popvote and democracy. Violent repression is absolutely unjustified since the civil disobedience in Hong Kong is a practice of Dr. Sun Yat-sen’s “direct democracy” theory, it is fully justified and reasonable and not illegal assembly and rioting activities.

It is intolerable that the Chinese authorities attempted to perform vicious violent repression in Hong Kong only 25 years after the June Fourth Incident in Peking.

We hereby fully support Hong Kong people to fight for popvote on the constitution reform and request:

1.Immediately stop the violent repression on Occupy Central protest and release arrested persons;
2.Withdraw "The decision of the National People’s Congress Standing Committee on Hong Kong’s constitutional reform" of 31 August;
3.The chief executive Leung Chun Ying must response the request of dialog to the public;
4.Implement the genuine popvote on the constitution reform and achieve the true democracy.

We hereby warn the dictators of the Chinese authority and its puppet Leung Chun Ying regime: The democracy of Hong Kong and “one country, two systems” are sacrosanctity. Violent force is impossible to change people’s mind and will cause a heavy price to be paid.
